1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed via phone, email, or social media platform. To confirm your order, complete payment is required. We do not begin crafting your order until payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Custom Orders: For custom cake designs or large orders, please provide at least 2 weeks notice. We'll work closely with you to ensure your vision is realized to the best of our abilities.

3. Design and Flavour Changes: Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, any changes to the design or flavour may result in additional charges and are subject to our approval.

4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 2days of the scheduled pickup or delivery time will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. Cancellations made prior to the 2days window will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Delivery: Delivery services are available for an additional fee within a specified radius. Delivery fees vary based on distance and are subject to change.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, please be aware that our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.

7. Storage and Care: Once received, it is the customer's responsibility to properly store and care for the cake or cupcakes. We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration that occurs after the order has been received.

8.Payment: We only accept bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
